Tasks

Create and assign tasks to hunting team members with the option to link them to calendar events.

Overview

The task list shows incomplete tasks first, then completed ones. Each task can be assigned to a member and linked to a calendar event.

View Tasks

• Incomplete tasks are shown at the top
• Completed tasks are shown with strikethrough text
• Assigned member is shown by name
• Linked event is shown with a calendar icon

Mark as Complete

The task creator, assigned member, or an administrator can mark a task as complete. Tap the checkbox next to the task.

Create Tasks

All members can create tasks:

1. Tap the + button
2. Enter a title
3. Optionally add a description
4. Optionally select a member to assign the task to
5. Optionally select a calendar event to link to
6. Optionally attach an image
7. Save

TIP

Assigned members receive a notification about the new task.

Edit and Delete

You can edit and delete tasks you created. Administrators can edit and delete all tasks.
