Getting Started with Jaktli
Jaktli is a platform for managing your hunting team digitally. Here we'll walk through the basics of getting started.
Create an Account
- Go to app.jaktli.se
- Enter your email address
- First time? Create a password for your account
- Then log in with your email and password
TIP
Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password on the login page. You'll receive a recovery code via email that you can use to set a new password.
Create or Join a Hunting Team
Create a New Team
After logging in, you can create a new hunting team:
- Tap Create team
- Enter the team name and an optional description
- You automatically become the secretary (administrator) of the new team
You can also invite members right away by entering their email addresses during creation.
Join via Invitation
If you've been invited by email:
- Log in with the email address the invitation was sent to
- The team will appear automatically in your team list
Navigation
- Mobile: The home screen shows a tile grid with all features. Tap a tile to open the feature.
- Web: The sidebar on the left shows all features. Click a feature to navigate.
Features: Map, Calendar, Team, Contacts, Notice Board, Tasks, Documents, Gallery, Expenses, Hunting Seasons, Blocked Periods.
Roles
There are two administrator roles and several member roles:
Administrators (can manage everything):
- Secretary — full administrator
- Team lead — full administrator
Other roles (can view information and participate):
- Member
- Guest hunter
- Tracking service provider
- Landowner
- Non-hunting guest
- Farmer
INFO
Only administrators can create group hunts, invite members, manage documents, manage contacts, manage map markers and areas, and change team settings. Other features like the notice board, tasks, gallery, and expenses are available to all members.
Profile
Under Profile you can change your profile picture, manage notifications, switch language and delete your account.
