Profile and settings

Manage your profile, notification preferences, and account settings.

Profile picture

Upload, change, or remove your profile picture. Tap on the profile picture to select a new image or remove the existing one.

Personal information

Edit your first name, last name, and phone number. The email address you sign in with cannot be changed.

Language

Switch between Swedish and English. The setting applies to the entire app.

Notification preferences

Configure push and email notifications per team. You can control notifications for four categories:

• Calendar -- new events, changes, and reminders
• Notice board -- new posts and updates
• Tasks -- new and assigned tasks
• Team -- new members and team changes

Privacy and data

Read the privacy policy that describes how your personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR.

Sign out

Sign out of your account. You can sign in again with your email address.

Delete account

This action cannot be undone

Deleting your account permanently removes all your data, including your profile, team memberships, and all content you have created. You cannot recover a deleted account.

Tap Delete account and confirm to permanently delete your account.
