Members
Manage your hunting team's member list, roles, and invitations.
Overview
The member list shows everyone in the team with their name, email, phone number, and role. Each member has a role badge showing their permission level.
View Members
- All members are shown in a list with name and contact details
- Tap a member to see details
- Role badges show each member's permission level
Roles
- Secretary and Team lead — administrators with full permissions
- Member — standard role
- Guest hunter, Tracking service provider, Landowner, Non-hunting guest, Farmer — other roles
Requires administrator role
The following features require you to be a secretary or team lead.
Invite Members
- Tap Invite
- Enter one or more email addresses (comma or line separated)
- Choose a role for the invitees (defaults to Member)
- Invitees receive an email and are added automatically when they log in
Manage Invitations
Under pending invitations, administrators can:
- Resend an invitation
- Revoke an invitation
Team Settings
Administrators can edit the team name and description via team settings.
